Getting Started

How do I create a MaidinMidland account?

Your account is created during your first booking.  You will receive an email asking to confirm and complete your account with a password.

Do you service my area?

We service Midland, TX and it’s broader area. We try to stay within 25 minutes of Midland City limits which includes much of Odessa. We serve Greenwood, Gardendale, and Midessa. We hope to expand to the further into Odessa region in the future!  If your not sure contact us and we will let you know.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

We give all of our maids a checklist to be absolutely sure all cleanings are complete.  We will provide you with the checklist upon our first cleaning.  Contact us if you have questions or it you would like to receive an email of the checklist.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We are always happy to bring our top-rated supplies, but some of our customers love their equipment, and like us to use theirs.  After booking we will contact you to get your preference!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes! You may add extras to your cleaning service during booking. You can also let us know if you want extras by emailing, calling or texting us before we arrive to clean. Maid in Midland Tx reserves the right to refuse extras if the workload is unreasonable.

How do I log into my account?

You can access the log in link from any of the emails you receive from us. Click the link and input your credentials. Confused? Contact us.

How do I change my password?

If you need to change your password log in to your account and in the upper right hand corner there is a drop down menu with a button to “Change Password”.

How do I change my address?

If you need to change your address, log in to your account and in the upper right hand corner there is a drop down menu with a “My Account” button that will allow you to change your address.

How do I change my credit card?

If you need to change your Credit Card number, log in to your account and in the upper right hand corner there is a drop down menu with a button “Billing Info”. There you can change or remove your card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Booking is simply done by following the steps on our booking page. If you need help or have questions contact us via any of our options on our Contact Us page.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Not only have we vetted, ran background checks, and met with all of our maids, our company is insured and every maid is bonded.  So, if there is an accident, and something gets lost or broken, we have you covered! No worries.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Call Ashley immediately at 432.231.5980 and we will take care of any issues that arise.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

All your information is encrypted and kept absolutely secure.  We wouldn’t have it any other way.
